Doctor Who episode w/ VanGogh
I love Doctor Who. when I first saw it I fell in love with the show. It grew up pretty fast from Christopher Eccleston to David Tennant to Matt Smith. As I watched it more and more I realized that Doctor Who has many life lessons they teach in the show. When I saw the episode that just came out with Vincent Van Gogh as a main character, I was deeply touched because of the end. But before I go there i want to share my thoughts about the whole episode. When The Doctor and Amy came to town that night, They spotted Van Gogh getting kicked out of a bar because he couldn't pay the man. Amy and Van Gogh seem to bond through the episode, it's not like a lover connection but more like a best friend relationship. Best friends happen when the 2 go through the same thing you do and in the episode Amy and Van Gogh are 2 of a kind. We all battle our own demons weather it is alcohol or drugs or sex and Vincent Van Gogh was battling his own demon of acceptance and love excluding the ugly beaked thing he could only see but even in that the alien was suffering from fear and wanted to be comforted and loved. Amy and Doctor brought Van Gogh to the Museum where they discovered him and let him look at all the art and paintings that he had done and let him know that he was loved and people did accept him as an artist. You never really know your worth until you find it out from another person and when you do hear it it blows you away because you never even expected to be that great. Amy and the Doctor return to the art museum after dropping off the artist back at home and found out that Van Gogh killed himself even though all they had done was to keep him from that. Amy, wrapped in the Doctor's arms was told that life is like a pile of good and bad things and what they had done for him added to the pile of good things in his life. Sure they never kept him from killing himself but sometimes the little things you do make all the difference. It almost made me cry and I was proud of the writer who made that episode and I hope and pray there are more to come!

what some ppl think about church
you know i have to apologize on behalf of the church....I am sorry that we get big headed and make you think we are perfect. A friend of mine has a son and she wont take her son to church anymore because she thinks the church is brainwashing. I am sure that there are many ways to brainwash but they always end up in violence. Until she sees those kids in Sunday school sitting upright without a muscle moving, they cannot blink or yawn or slouch saying "Jesus is good."
"He loves me" and "I believe in God" Then I'll apologize for this blog. I dont know about your church but my church is filled with homosexuals, prostitutes, drug, sex and porn addicts. But the only thing that makes us "perfect" in your eyes is that we all want to change. There are homosexuals who wanna get saved. Drug addicts that quit because they knew God loved them, and I have seen thier lives changed. I used to have a bad opinion about my church, but I wanted to change and I did. My friend thinks that those people in my church are hypocrites. Well.....IT'S TRUE! My church is filled with messed ip people who want to change and they rely on God to do it.
You can say all you want about how the church is wrong and all that but there is nothing you can do from us growing in our relationship with God,loving those who were unloved and all those who are messed up in the head. I have personally seen God give things back us that was wrongfully taken by the enemy and those who could never forgive. I have seen people get smashed with situations that were never to come thier way and stared into the face of their persecutors and say,"Iforgive you."
God does wonderful things with those who believe. If you're having a hard time trusting then you probably don't have a personal relationship with God. For those who feel like giving up like my friend, God wants to tell you,"Praise my name, thank me, and stop fighting with me." If you do those three things then you are on the path to a good relationship with God, now all you have to do is walk....
